Aerogaviota is the youngest airline of Cuba. The airline is operated by the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Cuba. It provides flights to the main resort-islands surrounding mainland Cuba, as well as regional flights to the Bahamas, Jamaica, etc.

» Aerogaviota History
Aerogaviota S.A. was created on October of 1994, as part of the Gaviota Tourism Group. From its beginnings this airline had as objective to provide passengers and cargo transportation, both domestic and internationally. The airline was launched at the XV Cuban Tourism convention before tour operators, travel agents and the national and foreign press.
