U.S. and Canadian citizens traveling to and from St. Thomas, St. Croix and Tortola must have a valid passport or an original or certified copy of their birth certificate. The birth certificate must be accompanied by a current photo identification (i.e. valid driver's license). A passport is required of non-U.S./Canadian citizens. Visitors from some countries may require a visa.

Checked Baggage: 2 pieces of checked baggage per ticketed passenger with a maximum total weight of 70 lbs.
Carry-on Baggage: You may place a personal wing item (laptop, briefcase, diaper bag etc approx. 18x11x7) in the wing when boarding. If your personal item doesn?t fit in the wing sizer it will need to be checked.
Excess Baggage: Excess baggage is transported on a space available basis and additional charges may apply. If an excess tag is placed on one or more of your bags it does not necessarily mean the bag will not get on the flight.
Overweight Baggage: Can not accept baggage weighing over 70 lbs.
Fishing Equipment: Fishing equipment is accepted. Airline can not be liable for damage to fishing equipment not packed in hard side case. A limited release tag is required.
Golf Bags: Golf bags are accepted however, we can not be liable for loss or damage to equipment in open golf bags.
Pets: 1 pet kennel per aircraft cabin is accepted. Reservations are required. Health certificates, dated within 10 days of travel, are required in the Caribbean.
Baggage in Cabin Seats: Not accepted; cabin-seat baggage except FAA approved child seats.
