| Seaborne Airlines requires customers who appear 18 years or older to provide a state or federal government issued ID at check-in. Standard check-in time is at least 45 minutes prior to scheduled departure. All customers must be present in the boarding area at least 10 minutes prior to scheduled departure even if they have already checked-in. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of a customer's reservation for all segments in his/her itinerary and make the customer ineligible for denied boarding compensation.

Bags accepted for transportation must be in compliance with Seaborne dimensional restrictions. Combined checked and carry-on free allowance baggage is as follows for each ticketed passenger:
Total checked baggage not to exceed 25 lbs.
Up to one piece of carry-on baggage as long as the total weight of all pieces combined is less than 5 lbs. The maximum dimensions of each piece must not exceed 8"x12"x16."
Excess Baggage: Baggage that exceeds the 25 lbs free allowance will be charged at rate of $0.75/lb. Note: We will try our best to place your excess baggage on the same flight as you are traveling, however, there is no guarantee.Baggage Liability Seaborne Airlines' liability for baggage loss, damage or delay is limited to USD750.00 per ticketed customer unless excess value is declared and charges were paid at the time of check-in.Seaborne Airlines shall not be liable for loss, damage or delay in delivery of high value, fragile or perishable items, such as cash, art work, food products, medicines, jewelry, computer equipment or any similar valuable property, included in customer's checked baggage with or without the knowledge of Seaborne Airlines. In addition, declaration of higher value does not apply to the above items. In the course of normal handling, your baggage may show evidence of wear and tear. Seaborne Airlines is not liable for scratches, scuffs, punctures or marks, pull or security straps, extending handles and wheels.
