| › Check-In Information |
At the airport simply present your eTicket at our check-in counter. If you do not have an eTicket you can check-in using your name or Itinerary number. You will need a passport or government issued photo identification, there is no exception to this. Failure to present the proper ID will result in your check-in being denied.
Our check-in agent will verify your reservation, print your eTicket if you do not have one, validate the eTicket and accept your baggage.
You can then proceed to the departure gate.
You must check-in one hour prior to scheduled departure. Failure to do so will result in your reservation being cancelled and a US$25.00 fee being charged.

Identification tags must be attached to the outside of the baggage. There are identification tags available for you at the check-in counter. It is highly recommended that identification also be placed inside of the baggage in case the identification placed outside is lost in transit.
