|› Check-In Information
|At the airport simply present your eTicket at our check-in counter. If you do not have an eTicket you can check-in using your name or Itinerary number. You will need a passport or government issued photo identification, there is no exception to this. Failure to
present the proper ID will result in your check-in being denied.
Our check-in agent will verify your reservation, print your eTicket if you do not have one, validate the eTicket and accept your baggage.
You can then proceed to the departure gate.
You must check-in one hour prior to scheduled departure. Failure to do so will result in your reservation being cancelled and a US$25.00 fee being charged.
|› Baggage Allowances
Baggage and carry-on articles will be carried within space and weight limitations of the aircraft. Passengers are permitted, free of charge, 20 kilograms (44 pounds) of total checked baggage.
Excess baggage will be accepted if space permits at an additional weight charge for the excess baggage. Excess baggage charges are according to the destination and are calculated at 2% of the one-way fare.
Winair does not guarantee excess baggage will be transported on the same flight as the passenger but will be forwarded on the first available flight.
Identification tags must be attached to the outside of the baggage. There are identification tags available for you at the check-in counter. It is highly recommended that identification also be placed inside of the baggage in case the identification placed outside is lost in transit.
All baggage or goods presented for transportation are subject to inspection by our personnel.
Any articles of baggage or goods will not be carried when the articles are likely to endanger the aircraft, persons or property, are likely to be damaged by air carriage, or the carriage of which would violate any applicable laws, regulations, or orders.
