Information required to process your booking
We require certain information to allow us to process your flight booking. This includes your name, address, telephone number, and email address, as well as your credit or debit card number and expiry date. We also need to know all the names of the passengers traveling.
Caribbean Travel Network N.V. passes personal data, which includes information about your method of payment and flight booking, to the credit or debit card company that issued the card with which you made your booking.
This information allows us to process your flight booking and to send you confirmation of your booking by email or post. We ask for your telephone number so that we can contact you urgently is there is a problem with your reservation.

Caribbean Travel Network N.V. does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. We never disclose information about a passenger to any other person or organisation without your consent unless there is an emergency situation that requires it or we are legally required to do so.
Caribbean Travel Network N.V. reserves the right to pass your information on to trustworthy third parties that we use for the provision of certain services, for instance allowing Caribbean Travel Network N.V. customers to book hotels and car hire services quickly and easily by transferring details from the Caribbean Travel Network N.V. booking form to our partners' booking forms. If a subsequent booking is not made with our partner, the personal information transferred is automatically deleted.
Caribbean Travel Network N.V. passes your personal data onto the Caribbeann Aviation Authority for the purposes of insuring compliance with and the enforcement of their regulations.
Caribbean Travel Network N.V. may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related site information to reputable third-party vendors, but these statistics will include no personally identifying information.
